Attractions

The Protea Hotel Waterfront Centurion makes for the ideal base for sports lovers as the Supersport Park Cricket Stadium, Sekuricor Loftus Rugby Stadium, Centurion Golf Estate, Swartkop Race Track and the 18–hole Irene Golf Course are all in close proximity to the four star Hotel.

There is plenty to do for the whole family in the area. Visit the De Wildt Cheetah Conservation Centre and the Lion and Rhino Parks for some up–close encounters with wildlife. The Lion and Rhino Park is situated in the Cradle of Humankind, on of South Africa's premier archaeology sites and a World Heritage Site.

The Tswaing Crater was formed some 220 000 years ago by a meteorite slamming into the earth's crust. It is one of the best–preserved terrestrial meteorite impact craters in the world.

This modern–designed, 5–floor building comprises 151 standard and deluxe en–suite bedrooms and self–contained suites. There are 69 Standard Rooms (Street facing), 63 Deluxe Rooms (Lake facing) and 19 Self-contained Suites in the Hotel.

The Suites consist of lounge, dining room, kitchen–in–a–cupboard concept and deluxe bedroom, ideal for the business traveller. There are also sleeper couches in the living area, great for family visitors.
