If you’re bonkers about bubbly, take three friends to dine at Crystal Towers Hotel & Spa’s Towers Restaurant, where the finest world-class cuisine is prepared by executive chef Abbas Abrahams. From September 1, if a table of four or more diners indulges in the delectable five-course set menu, you will receive a complimentary bottle of your choice of either Veuve Clicquot Rosé, Veuve Clicquot or Moët et Chandon Brut Impérial.

French champagne is the perfect accompaniment to the symphony of flavour Chef Abrahams has composed for his set menu:

• Start with burnt butternut and cinnamon soup topped with Crème Fraiche;
• Followed by delicate Carpaccio of Smoked Ostrich, Raspberry Drizzled Peppered Baby Salad Leaves with Parmesan Shavings and Wasabi Aoli;
• For the main course make the difficult choice between a Darne of Norwegian Salmon, Crayfish Medallions, Shitake Mushroom and Spinach Risotto wth Saffron Caviar Cream, or Rosemary-Infused Medallions of Beef Fillet, Sweet Potato and Butternut Dauphinoise and a delicate Lime Jus;
• Dessert is a delight of Champagne Summer Berry Jelly, Passion Fruit Sorbet and Mint Sugar;
• Followed by coffee and Friandises.
