Protea Hotel Willow Lake comprises of 94 modern and luxurious rooms with a bed configuration of 45 King Size bedrooms, an additional 45 bedrooms with an option of converting into twin bedrooms, 2 ¾ bedrooms and 2 Paraplegic bedrooms.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioners, selective satellite television channels, tea & coffee making facilities, executive desk with multi adapter plug points, electronic safes and touch dial telephones. Each room has an open plan shower(no baths), with privacy curtains in all twin rooms.

The exclusive patio gives all GUESTS a breathtaking view of the Bloemfontein Zoo Elephant.

The hotel features include a swimming pool, conference room, restaurant, bar & lounge area, internet access as well as limited room service facilities from 07h00 until 22h00 and limited undercover parking. An Executive 10-12 seater Boardroom is available for smaller, breakaway meetings.

• The Conference Facility at the Protea Hotel Willow Lake can accommodate a maximum of 100 delegates.  The various conference styles are: Cinema style (100 delegates) Banquet style (65 delegates), U-shape (60 delegates) and School room style (70 delegates).
• The standard equipment available for the conference venue is: a flipchart, television, projector and a DVD player.

Directions from the Airport to the Protea Hotel Willow Lake: ± 12 km

From the airport you turn right into the N8 which become Alexandra Drive, drive straight.

(Speed limit is 100km/ph on the N8 and then slows down to 80 and 60 km/ph-there are speed traps along the way)

When you reach town you will travel underneath a Bridge (stay in the middle lane) this street becomes Nelson Mandela drive, the road will turn slightly to the left, keep on traveling straight do not turn off left or right.

You will pass the SARS building (left), Bram Fischer building (left) and KFC (right) along the way, turn left into 2nd Avenue and right into Henry street at the robot. (Nedbank on your right).  (The Loch Logan Mall entrance is now in front of you) After approximately 150-200m you will find the hotel entrance to your left.
