Business travellers can now enjoy a more comfortable stay at the Protea Hotel Waterfront Centurion with the introduction of its refurbished and modern self-catering apartments. The rooms all overlook the tranquil Centurion Lake and furnishings include full HD LCD televisions and a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, cutlery and crockery, a mini bar fridge and coffee making facilities. They have an en-suite lounge and a small dining area which makes them ideal for families or the business traveller who may be on an extended stay.

The hotel's standard rooms are street-facing and sound-proofed while the deluxe rooms overlook the Centurion Lake. There are also 46 suites with scenic views of the lake and gardens and the hotel continues to offer exceptional service and comfort at affordable rates.

The hotel was built in 1998 and offers leisure and business travellers a tranquil location midway between Johannesburg and Pretoria. It has extensive conference facilities that can accommodate up to 200 conferencing delegates, with seven fully-equipped modern meeting rooms and ample secure parking. The hotel’s separate smoking lounge can be used for private functions. The pool deck is ideal for sundowners, after-work drinks and evening braais.
