A range of conference venues cater for different size requirements and provide comfortable break-away areas. Choose from a 22-seater boardroom with a private break-away/dining area; an 80-seater hall with a 12-seater break-away room for seminars; or a 60-seater area with staggering views of Table Mountain.

All conference attendees are welcomed at a private registration area with its own tea and coffee area. Venues are flooded with natural light from our ultra-high windows.

The latest addition to the Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! family is our new suite of conference facilities, located conveniently in the hotel. And we wouldn't be Protea Hotel Fire & Ice! if we hadnt thought up a few extraordinary features to make your event a huge success.

Four new conference venues cater for intimate groups, up to 250 of your nearest and dearest. The formats are flexible depending on your event requirements, with a private welcome area, dedicated catering, wireless internet, undercover parking and state of the art furnishings and equipment.
