The flight simulator will offer guests and aviation enthusiasts a chance to fly with the latest version of Microsoft Flight Simulator in a very realistic environment.

The flight simulator was built to replicate the interior of a commercial aircraft cockpit and it is managed by SIMSA (Sim South Africa) an active commercial aircraft type flight-simulator group. The simulated aircraft are typically South African-used types, with routes flown around Johannesburg and to destinations around South Africa. Thus members (who hold their monthly meetings at Protea Hotel O.R. Tambo) as well as guests can conduct virtual flights in familiar terrain and aircraft.
