Our Conference facility comprises 8 well-appointed conference rooms, all situated next to each other. Seating from 15 - 20 pax, depending on seating confiturations. With the banqueting office on the same floor, our STAFF are committed to the efficient and smooth running of your conference.
The conferencing department is uniquely set up with seven separate suites enabling the hotel to accommodate various sizes of conferencing. All suites have natural light and air due to the large window front in all the venues, though they all boast individually controlled air conditioners.
And to ensure your privacy and to cater for conferences that require breakaway or boardroom facilities, the conference centre is situated on its own floor away from the noise of public areas.
Our dedicated banqueting office provides a platform for individual attention, and to ensure that every conference goes off without a hitch, we offer the services of an in-house technician and provide storage space on the same floor, for added convenience, and a flexible set-up with regard to screens and flip charts.
An in-house transport company is available to assist individuals and groups, while themed tea and coffee stations, along with a themed conference area, break the mould of your ordinary conference facility. We also offer twin-bedded rooms for sharing groups and a ‘Press for attention’ button in all venues to call banqueting staff whenever you may require them.
