The city of Benoni is located on the East Rand in the South African province of Gauteng.

You can visit Benoni’s museum, Northmead Square or the Lakeside Shopping Mall which is built in the shape of a Mississippi Steamboat on one of the lakes. The city’s many lakes are also popular attractions, as well as Willowmoore Park, a provincial and One-Day International Cricket venue.

Your children will love Bunny Park, which contains hundreds of rabbits and other small animals. Horse riders will delight in knowing that it is believed that Benoni has more horse stables per square kilometre than any other place in the Southern Hemisphere.
